SMG has a Facebook group here, or search ‘Streatham Manor Gardens’. The directors of SMG will act as moderators and will use it to actively share updates.
Streatham and Manor Courts are owned by Streatham Manor Gardens Ltd (SMG) a residents' management company, and the shareholders are the individual owners of the flats. To find out more info on the directors' and their responsibilities see here.

SMG is supported by the professional managing agents 'HML Property and Estate Management'.
HML were appointed in April 2020, following an in-depth tender process conducted by the SMG Directors.
SMG employs the SMG Estate Team led by Alan Sheldon. You can see the team in the photo above (l-r) Patrick, Alan, Alice and Kevin (Ryan is on sabbatical).
